Hey there!
The past week or so I have realized that when I take my trays out after a long period of time, there is plaque build up on the inside and outside of my trays. This is proof that bacteria builds up in the mouth even when we aren’t eating or drinking. I am reminded how important it is to brush my trays before I place them in my mouth again. Just a tip for you all! I will be back soon!
